Georgia Movies in the Park returns to Alpharetta – Johns Creek GA area on Nov 4 for the last of the 2017 free outdoor movie series. The family movie The Emoji Movie (PG) is the feature film. The Emoji Movie unlocks the never-before-seen secret world inside your smartphone where an emoji is supposed to have a single role. When Gene, a “meh” face breaks those rules, chaos follows. The story provides the message of being true to yourself.
Georgia Movies in the Park which is sponsored by Northside Hospital and Southern Outdoor Cinema, are free outdoor movie events show around North Georgia which are shown at unique and historical locations.
The November 4th free movie night will begin with free face painting starting at 6 pm, followed by The Emoji Movie shown on a huge 55′ inflatable movie screen at the Verizon Amphitheater in Alpharetta.. The movie start time will be between 6:50 – 7:00pm. Seating is provided in the covered open-air amphitheatre. In the rear of the venue, a grass area allows for families who want to watch on blankets. Parking is free and gates open at 6 pm. The event is rain or shine. Outside food is not permitted, except for bottled water and special needs food. The concession stand will be open and a portion of the sales goes towards charity.
